Photographs of travel in France, (including Paris, Provence, Burgundy) Asia, Europe, with an emphasis on food, markets, chefs, french wine and cooking, people throughout the world
As a food, wine and travel photographer based in Paris, France,
my photos are published in books, magazines, cookbooks, calendars all around
the world. I have done books about Provence (Escape to Provence by Fodoršs),
the Rivieras of France and Italy (Escape to the Riviera by Fodoršs), and
Spain. Food markets and French chefs (such as Alain Ducasse, Guy Savoy,
Pierre Gagnaire, Bernard Loiseau, Marc Veyrat, Alain Passard), and their
restaurants and bistros, are my hangouts, and cooking and food products -
truffles, Jabugo, San Daniele and Parma hams, olive oil, saffron, Champagne,
rice and grape harvests are my subjects whether travelling in Europe, or
Southeast Asia or South Africa. I have photos of wine and harvests
throughout France (Bordeaux, (Chateau Yquem sauternes, Pomerol, St. Emilion,
the Medoc), Alsace, Burgundy (Cote dšOr, Clos de Vougeot, Chablis),
Champagne, Provence, Languedoc-Roussillon,) Italy (the Cinqueterre) and
South Africa (Stellenbosch). In addition, I have a large set of travel
photo archives from Brazil, Spain, China, and Southeast Asia, including
extensive work in Vietnam, Laos, and Burma.
